SHL has a good Quality Assurance system with committed people to co-ordinate and achieve the Quality vision and follow the Quality mission. Head of the Quality functions is independent of all other department and reports directly to the MD of the company.

The quality assurance department ensures that the quality management systems at Syncom Health care are fully documented & effectively controlled.

The unit is strongly supported by the quality division equipped with modern instruments like HPLC, FTIR, Spectrometer, & other sophisticated equipments to control and ensure best quality of the product.

QA & QC systems in Syncom Healthcare Ltd. monitor and maintain quality of entire operations and the processes at every stage. It is involved in group of activities concerned with specifications, documentation, release procedures, sampling, destruction, and analysis at key points in the production unit, interpretation of data and recommendations for action. Q.C. is independent from production and is responsible only to the top-level management.
